    We cut down a bit of our hawthorn hedge on Monday and as I was throwing it into the skip I thought, 'I really should be sending this to Pog.' But I didn't. Oh well.

    • @tfturning
      @tfturning  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Never mind, it's the thought that counts and besides, it would have cost a small fortune to send that over here!!haha Thanks for watching my friend!

    • @tfturning
      @tfturning  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Joe, much appreciated! 😁 I use an Axminster chuck, SK100. Super handy for switching between the dovetail, pen and Cole jaws. Cheers bud!

    • @tfturning
      @tfturning  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks so much! To remove the bulk from the middle? I'm using a Jacobs chuck with a Forstner drill bit (65mm I think). Thanks for watching.

  • @andyllanelliposhfirewoodgreen
    @andyllanelliposhfirewoodgreen 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thats a very nice piece mate. i also realy like the forstner bit; where did you get it ?

    • @tfturning
      @tfturning  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cheers Andy, much appreciated! It's a Milwaukee set of 5 I picked up a few years ago, 29mm --> 65mm. They have removable threaded spike centres too so if you take it out it leaves a flat bottom with no poke hole, worth every penny!
