- Try these 5 poses at home! 🏡✨
1. Toe Stretch & Cat-Cow: 10-20x 🦶🐱 (If your toes feel stiff, start with a few seconds. Over time, you'll be able to stretch longer.)
2. Straddle with Side Bends: A few minutes 🤸♀️
3. Downward Dog with Knee Bends: 1 minute 🐕🦵
4. Half Sun Salutation with Chair Pose: 3-5 rounds 🌞🪑
5. Malasana (Yogi Squat): 10 long breaths 🧘♀️
