Just a thought. How about some gear advice? What you should look for on things like bumpers, plates, bars, racks, etc. It would be helpful information from guys who have a lot of experience coaching high level athletes. What would you recommend for the average to above average guy to elite level guys.
When it comes to gear, test is best. I'd add in some dry compounds like mast or tren after a while so you don't get to much water and overshoot your weight class.
Absolutely needed this video. I've been failing halfway through every squat session for the past 2 months because of the little rest time between sets programmed in. I decided to just take whatever time I felt necessary to make the lift this morning and only had to bail on the last of 5 heavy singles.

What's more effective / ideal?
Training 4 days a week: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat?
Or
Training 4 days a week: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri?
i prefer Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat. More rest time, allows you to max out more often and work on weak muscles more often.
Good stuff, muy bueno
Just get a life and a little perspective
