Great video - I love the inclusion of an example programme with an explanation of why each exercise was included.
Brilliant! Thanks Max /JTS!
Great, I've just commented on the other video that I would like to see some info on speed under the bar, and here it is💪😁👍, another excellent video. Thank you guys for those well explained and well presented videos, thumbs up 👋👋👋👍😁

I’m doing your weightlifting program. Love this video! I am new to weightlifting and confused with some of the things written. Would love a video of someone doing each day to see exactly how to do it.

Hey Max, what are your thoughts on performing Power Snatches while working up to a heavier Full Snatch and just progressively receiving the bar lower as dictated by the weight on the bar as a means to work on Time to Fixation? Thanks!
Could these drills be used for a beginner plan to get used to the exercises?
How long do these phases usually last? 4 weeks?
Should this be taught to novices? Or later on Like bar path, meeting bar, etc.
I have such a problem with this.. im a amateur and i train alone/self learned. My high pulls are at 90 kgs all the way to my neck but I’m have a hard time receiving it low. 55 kg is the heaviest i can catch it low. As soon as i try 60-65 i do power Snatch :( ....help?

1kg increment singles to max of day. Only add if you make a good SN lift. 5kg is a large jump if you are not confident at a weight. After 4 sessions I closed my gap.
nice
Max is so alpha
lol, I messaged Max (im not a team member) on instagram and asked him about the start position of the drop jerk a few days ago. he didnt respond...or did he? thanx Max
