Some of my favorite sets are the Raw set from 2006- early 08 I just like the updated look of that Raw stage and as well Jeff doing a 30 feet Swanton to Orton before the HD makeover which I also like the debut HD sets since I started watching at that time and how easier they look in comparison to how bright everything is now. I also love the Night of Champions 08 set because of one of the banners having the cruiserweight tittle cover up in an ECW logo cause they forgot to make a banner for the tittle which is very funny once you see. I also love the No Mercy 02 and 03 sets a lot they have there cool charms and very great matches too as well I love the Unforgiven 04-07 sets and as well the Survivor Series 04 set with the rotating screens during the entrances. And as well I love the New Years Revolution 05 stage with the Puertorican flags and the best Elimination Chamber match too. And lastly my favorite Mania set is 23 for how tall it looks and the unique Mania name font they used and the blue and white contrast so well and the iconic entrances as well too. 😄
You hit a lot of really good ones. One of my personal favorites that wasn't on here was the new generation-era RAW set, where the RAW letters made up the set itself. Very minimalistic, but I always thought it looked fantastic. Even though RAW mostly sucked during that era, I associate that set with some iconic moments like Vader attacking Gorilla Monsoon, Razor Ramon going ballistic and brawling with Goldust, Diesel and Undertaker having their back-and-forth feud and playing "mind games," Mankind debuting, etc. My WCW favorite I didn't see a mention of was Spring Stampede, particularly 1997 and 1998's sets. I loved those kitschy WCW sets that had all of those props (Halloween Havoc, Bash at the Beach) - it made for good brawling.
I loved the Late 90s Nitro WCW logo entrance way. It was the first wrestling show I got to go see and man alive what a show it was. Goldberg and Sting vs Sid Vicious and Rick Steiner with Rodman showing up to talk smack to Macho Man. So fun.
Always going to be the High school quality of Chamber of Horrors 1991! To some they are the darkest days, but so many happy nostalgic memories from that era!
One set I always loved was WrestleMania 19, and not for reasons given in the video. I love how it looks when the wrestlers walk out to the ring, and the entrance way bends midway through, so the camera angles show a great shot throughout the night that looks like the wrestlers are truly walking through the audience, complete with the stretched out triangular tower marking the bend, which still gives an entrance-ish look to the home stretch. I presume this was a casualty of hosting Mania in a baseball-specific stadium, but compared to a generic oval shape like in football stadiums, it forces creativity (compare how NHL Winter Classic games look in baseball stadium compared to football ones.) The Royal Rumble last year (also in a baseball stadium) had a similarly bent walkway, but the camera angles didn't emphasize it nearly as well
I love the WrestleMania 32 entrance stage and arena set and it's my favorite one when it was my first time being at WrestleMania at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington Texas.
I absolutely agree with keeping the sets unique and different. Wrestling is a show and the entrances are a big part of the show, especially when they do the opening of every show with all the fireworks.
This has been my biggest issue with WWE these days. I lived for the unique arenas. I'm from the UK so the PPVs were on super late here. I have fond memories staying up in anticipation of PPVs, I remember we used to get some for free on Channel 4. Royal Rumble and I think 1 or 2 more. Waiting to see what the set looked like was part of the exciting build up.
the current sets are interchangable. basically to cut costs, and time constructing them the team has created a sort of "flat pack" lego/ikea-style set. where they have a set that is easy and fast to piece together and they actually have multiple choices of how to set it up. so with just one set they actually have around 3-5 different variations. this is also for the arenas they are in each week as not all of them are the same in terms of space and fixtures. I do think from business sense this is a much better way but I do strongly believe that at least the big four PPVs (RR, WM, SS, SS) should all have their own unique sets each year. and WWE need to get rid of the gimmick PPV's like TLC and HIAC and maybe make MITB one of the big PPVs and have 5 big shows.

The Tunnel at The Garden for WM 10 was so modest cool. The big X with the camera panning out for Bret
Product of my era, but I’m fond of the WCW Saturday Night set in the mid-90’s. Along with the music, it felt ominous...a good place for a fight.
Personally loved this video. Ring entrances are the most important aspect of any wrestling show. I personally liked the no way out 2002 set
Im glad the Citrus Bowl got shown some love ❤
Can't wait to see all the Grand Stages! 🤘👌🔥
Awesome concept. Thank you for the upload!
SummerSlam 93' 🙌
The AEW Dynamite set is pretty awesome! I really like their PPV sets that make use of the stacks of poker chips
The Wrestlemania 26 stage is always gonna be the most iconic for me
I loved the Late 90s Nitro WCW logo entrance way.
You're a legend for doing all if this wirk, mate ❤ you deserve a Hall of Fame spot for real
I presume this was a casualty of hosting Mania in a baseball-specific stadium, but compared to a generic oval shape like in football stadiums, it forces creativity (compare how NHL Winter Classic games look in baseball stadium compared to football ones.) The Royal Rumble last year (also in a baseball stadium) had a similarly bent walkway, but the camera angles didn't emphasize it nearly as well
The WCW Bash at the Beach and Spring Break set with the Swimming Pools on either side of the walkway were my favs.
The ECW on TNN stage set was cool aew double or nothing with a giant gambling chips was awesome
the current sets are interchangable. basically to cut costs, and time constructing them the team has created a sort of "flat pack" lego/ikea-style set. where they have a set that is easy and fast to piece together and they actually have multiple choices of how to set it up.
so with just one set they actually have around 3-5 different variations. this is also for the arenas they are in each week as not all of them are the same in terms of space and fixtures.
I love the neon New Gen entrance, and the🔥WCW🔥Monday Nitro entrance...🤘🏼💯✔️
Few of my favorites:
- Wrestlemania VI
- Summerslam 1992
- Old school NWA/WCW Clash Of The Champions with the elevated stage and aisleway
