The hose i used is Continental brand type 100R5 and size DR5-10. So it’s dash 10 hose, which dash sizes are in 16ths so 10/16th or 5/8” line. I used Eaton Aeroquip reusable fittings on the ends so I can custom make the hose to length. You can reuse the ends that are on the existing hose if they are in good shape, but I believe the original hose is dash 8 hose or 1/2”. So you would need a dash 8 reusable fitting with dash 8 JIC female 37degree swivel fitting. I use a combo fitting that is dash 10 x dash 8 JIC female 37degree swivel fitting. Hope I did not confuse you.
