Hi Apron, thanks for all your recipes. On your mooncake demonstration, you used 1 teaspoon condensed milk but it is not listed on the Mooncake skin ingredients. Was the condensed milk omitted in error. Thanks
Hi Apron, the skin of my mooncakes harden in the 2nd/3rd days, do you have any advice? Should I add more milk in the snowy dough? Also, these mooncakes should be stored in the fridge under the vegetable column instead of the ice cream storage right?

Hi, sorry for the mistake, the condensed milk is 5g / 1tsp
If we don’t have strawberry milk, can we use normal milk? Or blueberry blended milk?
