And I got recruited by the recruiter, she said you'll receive a call from the HR but never received then again we talked on another virtual fair, though she was not replying to my mail, but there she had to talk and she said she's surprised for me not receiving the call, will get back to me with an update but never replied, they didn't even reject me but I figured it out, unprofessionalism at its peak.

"We'll let you know in about a week." I never heard a peep. No voicemail. No one-sentence email. Nothing. My father has been around the professional world for a while, and he said this is a new trend and fairly common.
During the face-to-face interview, Both of the hiring managers promised to bring me on the board in six weeks. I have sent many follow-up emails but no answers. What should I do?
What I am feeling about getting a job in Western coutnry is that they tend to pick out people having a good language skills reagrdless of their ability. That's really happening in somre arears like IT. That caused many social and economic problems. In particular, the very professional applicants not being used to english lost their opportunity for even getting a interview. ...Some of them having high qualified skills are cleaning, washing and driving to make ends meet. I think this kind of videos make only rubbish.
