Thank you! Follow both of you but just found this channel. 70 yo and been exercising almost daily for 12 years. Plan to fine tune based on Bente's work (and others) and will be doing some blood work (IL-6, NK cell, CD4/CD8 etc) right after exercise to compare with non exercise. Would like to know if morning exercise effects (IL-6 spike etc) are blunted by food or supplements or best done fasted. Maybe my blood work will clarify.
