There is no cable. The white part has a slot in it that goes directly onto a peg on the blend door. You may be able to refit it and glue it. It's right next to the foot rest so may have been kicked off?
@@glchow thanks very much for your explanation I took the car a car repairer and he was saying he has to strip down everything but now I understand that the white bit on the controller just needs to fitted back thank you I wish I could call you when am about doing it
Yes. You could disconnect the electrical connection. Remove the actuator and move the door to hot manually. Maybe hold it in place with some Gaffa tape ?
not clear.....where was this motor installed in the door?? is it inside the door?? i have verso seven seater 2008 and not throwing hot air,, just the cold one,,or sometimes warm for some times....
I have heating problem with my corolla verso,passenger side heating temp is controlable but driver side is only hot air and temp doesnt change!! Any help please?
I'm not familiar with that system, but it's same principle I would guess. It would probably have a blend door on each side. You could swap them side to side to test it ?
A most useful question! There are plenty of these videos on line, but all for LHD cars. Without your question I still wouldn't have known where the servo was located 👍
@@pimmelberger9967 If the pipes going in and out of the heater matrix are of equal temperature and hot enough then it can only be a problem with the blend door/ motor. Watch the motor as you set the temperature to hot and cold to see how the motor works, then set to the hottest setting and disconnect the motor to the wiring and drive it. If you still do not have enough heat the the problem is with the engine.

It’s located in the right hand footwell
i have this make of car with the same issue so am wondering how to locate the vent door and also how to open it thanks.
If your car is righthand drive its in the drivers footwell next to the clutch pedal

I would imagine it's on the side of the heater box in the footwell area

For me my motor works and i can see its changing, but have problems with heat, water ok pipes warm
Worst case scenario is the flap inside is broken. This is unlikely. You could remove the motor and manually move the flap.

@@pimmelberger9967That sounds like a faulty water pump. Only way to find out is to remove/replace it
@@glchow 4 years ago everthing was made new the belt the water pump.. everthing from continental.
But the Waterpipes are warm which goes into the car.
