Hardly a week goes buy that a H.W.E. carpet cleaner doesn't get a complaint about soaked carpets.
It begins with the over spray being over sprayed then driven deeper in with a crb.
Rob knows as the owner of a rug spa that wall to wall carpets are never thoroughly dusted or rinsed.
If low moisture encap cleaning is recommended for glued down commercial carpet then it might be a good idea elsewhere.
