- See dozens of rare historical locomotives at the National Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, Missouri. From tiny switcher locomotives to massive articulated steam locomotives, this museum has an impressive collection of cool locomotives. When I visited the museum back in March, I tried to capture photos of as much of the collection as I could (some of the more damaged items that the museum has are off-limits to museum visitors).

Thank you for not forgetting 1522. :)
Would Frisco 1522 be steamed again.
I heard a rumor that 4460 is going to be restored in the future. Is this true?
I've heard about that too
Interesting musem sad so many are rotting away. I live not too far away and I remember as a kid able to climb on the trains more.
I also went here when I was little and I remember pulling the bell of the SF 5011, I wonder why they don’t let people into cabs anymore
