Q1 - Arceus (extremely versatile) Q2 - Skeledirge (physically defensive variants hard-wall likes of Dusk Mane Necrozma, Koraidon, both form of Zacian, some variants of Arceus, etc.) Q3 - Very hard to say, although I'm kinda surprised Sneasler is in the tier. It is strong, yes, but not that strong for Uber tier

While Giratina-Origin has a better ability its normal form is much better on some teams because of the better bulk and having an item like leftovers or boots instead of being forced to run its orb Origin is better on more offensive teams though
I’m here to suggest yet another power trip corvik set with bulk up ,roost ,body press and power trip and for item you should use covert cloak as it can avoid salt cursed from garganacal :)) ,also I wanna see how strong glastrier is in ou as it can tank and take out great tusk ,lando,king gambit and other theart while being relly bulky to tank their hit
There should be metagame called "Discount Ubers" basically Frantic fusions but no boosted stats and legendary allowed only as nicknames and like in Pokemoves the ability stacks but doesnt need turn to use the move and like in pokemoves you cant have more then two same nicknamed pokemons
And would add to the nicknamed pokemon primary type fo legendary for example Leafeon with Nickname Groudon it will get ground type as secondary type because primary type of groundon ks ground and will get drought ability on top on chlolophyl

I don't think the gen 9 legends are gonna get nerfed because they're built around tera. Zacian-C back in the day was just a nuke- no dynamax needed, although Miraidon might cause a decrease to their abilities because the havoc it was causing in VGC😂
