This is an awesome mine! We were in it a few years ago. Thanks for the video!

It is an awesome mine! I saw a lot of familiar places in your video when you were out here. Thanks for checking out my video!

That ore pass near the beginning of the video looked really dangerous! It makes sense that the other pass you showed drops down to that flooded mine you were in a couple weeks ago. That would explain all the water vapor in this mine. I thought that was a box of copper piping when you first showed that cache of dynamite! Took me about 10 seconds to realize it was dynamite, and then you actually said it was dynamite. It’s amazing how the water vapor degrades the metal ore cart tracks, like you showed. What was once solid metal is now metal dust. That was a really awesome shot at 21:30 of those three stopes. Outstanding video!

Hey, Frank! That ore pass was quite ominous due to the sheer size of it. It also may have served as an escapeway to exit via the other mine nearby. It's crazy to think that one that would have to use that would have to descend 300 feet of ladders, then walk at least a mile to reach the surface! Those explosives had a unique wrapping on them. I've never seen gold before. After some research, those were a more stable form of explosives that are ammonia-based, so they weren't dynamite. The amount of moisture in the atmosphere in there was insane! Everything metal or wood was degrading. This place has the largest stopes I've ever seen! We'll get back there soon to finish it out. Thank you, Frank!

Kinda funny with that ar15 in the mine. How was it to carry that around with you? I always carry a handgun while mine exploring but have not found any occasion to use it. All the dangerous things/people are above ground in my experience.... But it does make one feel better!

Porty from Headframe Hunters is probably the most intense individual that I know when it comes to preparedness. He is a miner by profession, and he takes dangerous variables seriously. This mine has had bears and mountain lions residing in it. There has been tracks documented larger than an adults hand inside of here, and visual confirmation of a bear outside of the portal. He would rather be inconvenienced rather than be unprepared! Thanks for watching!

That's a good possibility! That's the first time I've seen anything like it.
