Have you done a wash test comparison using Ecofreen film and the competitor film? I think I was sold some off-brand films recently, they were very difficult to peel after pressing and after one wash the print faded considerably. I've never experienced these issues with genuine Ecofreen film. The only other change that was made preprint was the Garment Creator software update, which increased the level of white undercoat that was printed. I hope the white undercoat isn't what caused the fading because the colors looked SO MUCH better on a dark garment.
Hey there, a wash test is a great idea! We want to make sure the melting powder is properly cured to the wet ink before application. Thank you for supporting the channel!
