What an excellent opportunity to cleanse oneself both spiritually and physically. I am most definitely going to attend one of these for a few years, a chance to prove to yourself where your real stenghth lies.
Plus, I would love to fight and learn the techniques shown in this video. It would be amazing to live your life knowing you can protect yourself, would particularly love to learn wushu, krav maga and swordsmanship.
All the kung fu styles are available in Kunyu mountain Shaolin kung fu academy,they are Shaolin kung fu,Wing chun,Chi kung,Chinese kickboxing, Taichi,Bagua and Mantis fist, Baji,Xing yi,etc.Currently,there are 9 traditional Masters here.

It's great that their integrating new techniques, but unfortunately many, many old style true effective methods have been lost in the last 50 years.

Yeah it's called beauty parlour 😂😂
There are many female students training here.
We were about 10% of the academy students in 2014. I spent 9 months there and we were more than welcome. It was respectful and there was rules that made it comfortable for girls among so many boys 😅.
