Thanks for the delicious recipe! I made this last week and it was super yummy. Perfect amount of sugar for the elders. I didn’t have condensed milk on hand, so I did a milk/sugar substitution for the filling. Came out more watery and sticky than yours as expected, but was still able to form them into balls. I used the dough batter to make some with the ube filling, some with no filling, and the rest of the dough, I added pandan extract. All super yummy and such a versatile recipe!
the red chinese sausage???? soooo goooood my experience make it like regular sausage but cover it with a lid to boil it that way beacuse if u just fry the outside the sausage wont cook right plus u want it to make the sticky sauce.... :P

I love your recipes- my problem is the size of the portion is too big for small/medium size family and nowadays we don't want to waste anything because everything is so expensive.
