Great video and comparison. I just got a 24 base Indian Challenger and basically was comparing the RG to the Challenger. I have had HDs before the softail streetbob but I was coming off an FTR. I went with the challenger because I couldn’t afford the CVO and I wanted that inverted suspension, dual brembos, and the adjustable Fox rear shock. I also was drawn to that power the liquid cooled delivered. So for me price to what you get was a huge factor. I do like the HD iOS display but I need the ride feel first then the dash later.
What’s really crazy is the fact that most of the people that’s commenting don’t own either brand. I’ve had Harley’s & now I have a 2023 Challenger Limited with cams. Indian gives you so much more for your money.I didn’t have to upgrade my suspension, really didn’t need the cams. Didn’t have to upgrade my speakers…Just a beast straight out of the crate. Liquid-cooled touring models to have 112ci displacement Indian is preparing liquid-cooled versions of the Roadmaster and Chieftain for 2025, possibly using a new 1,834cc (112ci) version of the PowerPlus engine that currently powers the Challenger and Pursuit models. This information comes from an internal Indian document containing details of its future model plans. The document includes a 2025 model year vehicle identification number decoder listing the new liquid-cooled models, identifying them as the Chieftain PowerPlus and Roadmaster Powerplus, as well as the new engine displacement. Also a 122ci engine is coming for Thunderstroke. All above information are known before summer of 2024.
