    I have been watching these videos lately, but I have a problem. You see, I broke my elbow a while back, and now I can't really use it to the fullest. I am doing all I can to strengthen it, but I could use some help with a work out that could strength it little by little. Something that helps me work on the muscles that pull things downwards...

    wing chun may be easy but shaolin kung fu is the strongest kung fu style but both are neither equals or better it all depends on the user or im i wrong

      thats true about any martial arts. Its not the technique but the fighter how he utilizes it. The better the fighter the better the application

      Joshh ??? Go and visit different schools. Any martial art requires commitment and dedication, no different to anything else you want to learn. First use google and TH-cam to understand the different martial arts and see which one you like so when you visit a school you have smart questions. Have an honest and realistic approach to why you want to learn.

    23/10/21 ayudenme a aprender winchun a fondo porque casi nose nada desde que me sangraron en el ejercito mexicano y en los angeles california estados unidos desde ase mas de treinta años y no me he podido casar y tanpoco me pencionaron los que me sangraron y estoy viviendo en el serro desde que me sangraron porque no tengo para pagar mi lus ni mi agua espero en dios que winchun me saque de pobre porque esta vien pesADA LA VIDA que llebo actualmente y cada rato me quitan mi dinero las sexoservidoras mexicanas desde que un sr del ejercito mexicano se caso conm mi ermana la mas pequeña loque pasa esque tanvien andube cuidando ,los chivos enm mi casa ...

    This isn't a workout in any capacity unless you're like 70+. No heart rate increase, no muscle lifting. It's the equivalent of just standing up and moving your arms around to get motion in the body like Tai Chi
