Just purchased a Mevo Start after watching all your recommendations. Being a complete novice to anything streaming, it would be a great compilation video for views with the Mevo on any sports field (Baseball fan here) of different height setups and view angle distance snap shots. Your content is awesome for novices and people who get "volunteered" into something new.

Very good point at 3:09. As a regular Twitch viewer, the thing I see as being something close to what we do is mobile IRL streams. But an expensive LiveU backpack setup with multiple sim cards is a bit out of reach for most of us. You had another great point about data needing to catch up. I've noticed even the most popular Twitch streamers with advanced mobile setups in major cities still struggle with connection issues at times. Thanks for all you do as always!

Still on the fence about stepping up to Mevo Core. How is the quality of the video and can you record to YOLO box ultra. The idea of what you can do with one camera is a game changer. Would like to stay with one ecosystem but I like what I saw on this video with the Yolo box. Help me decide. LOL
So the benefit of combining these two is streaming in 4k. This is the only thing you can’t do from this video in the Mevo ecosystem. With the Yolo and Core you can record to either the Core sd card or Ultra.

Really great camera, but I have issue and if you can help me solve it, I need some ultrawide lens with FOV more then 120 degrees, with AF.
The Mevo help page doesn’t have one listed yet but there is a Mevo Core group on Discord that is always talking about this. You might pop in there and see what they have found.

The solution to bandwidth is for the cities to provide internet at their fields. Charge $5 a game to stream, and the network will be paid for. Better yet, like is done in St. George UT, get an internet company to provide internet for free and allow advertising for them with signage at the fields.

There's a bunch of fields here in SoCal that have free city WiFi, which has been awesome.
I've cut my teeth in this live streaming gig with a company WSN (whom I would NOT recommend at ALL), that being said, I use a Predator computer with VMix and a Rodecaster plus a Cat 12 modem. My question, as I am strongly considering this combo you just recommended. Will this make me more efficient in gear? Meaning, I won't need my laptop computer anymore to live stream because I won't need Vmix? Will I be able to still use the Rodecaster for Live play play and commercials? Anyone know? Thanks for all you do.
The rodecaster will usb-c into the YoloBox Ultra from what I understand, so this part should be fairly seamless. Are there any features vmix allows on your streams that you’d need to verify you can still do with the Ultra?
I would buy THREE immediately, if they only sold in Europe.
Mevo core is WAAAAAY too expensive. $1000. that's absolutely nuts expensive.
Way..way too expensive....we literally didnt ask for all those features.....we just need the mevo start to have zoom...that is it.. lol
Definitely too much for non-professionals. Hoping for a midrange, $4-500 option.
