THANK YOU! Your video is so helpful. When you said if it continues making noise AFTER the pages have printed that it was likely the fuser unit, that was the key! So my husband and I ordered a replacement fuser unit and installed it. It fixed my HP LaserJet Pro 200 MFP M276nw. No noise now!

My laser printer seems to find a very usual problem I cannot seem to find anywhere on the internet, it's a HP CP2025 and the 3 colors (YCK) prints great but the Magenta (M) does not print no matter what I do, i even replaced the cartridge twice with brand new genuine toner and the magenta still will not print. Help please
When I switch on my Samsung ml1640 printer it gets continues grainding noise when I check, it comes from gear wheel connected with motor in that location motor spins continuously but gear wheel does not move due to that it gets sound, how to repair that please inform me after seeing this message
@@viandant5 I have disassemble entire printer parts. No need video also, if possible please tell me which part I should check and which part I need to replace. Even when I remove the toner also, fuser light starts glow when I switch on the printer and motor gets run then grinding noise occurs gear wheel does not rotates.
@@MrSyedabuthahir the feed gear has the code JC66-00809A, the clutch gear JC66-00322A , without watching the printer I can't be sure which is the gear you need
Hi. It is to ask you that I have an hp colorlaserjet pro mfp m182n and have refilled all the four cartridges. The problem is with the black cartridge that it squeaks, despite that I have already lubricated the wiper blade with toner. Is there any other solution?
@@viandant5 can we use hairoil / wd40 as conductive grease? Also do you what do you mean by lubricating toner roller? Rollers ends or what the full surface?
@@viandant5 I have also changed the opc drum and pcr, but the problem still exist. Where can the problem lie then?once I overfilled the cartridge with excess toner? Does it has anything to do with that

@@hathakker802 The squeak could not be related to the toner cartridge but to other components of the printer, as in that video. I ment to lubricate the contact of the toner roller you can find at the end of the roller. I think the noise has nothing to do with the overfilling of the cartridge

Hello, I have an HP Laserjet 6P. It picks up the paper, it prints but it gets stuck before coming out. A noise is heard, sort of grinding plastic noise and then paper won't come out and it gets jammed. When I turn on the printer I can hear the grinding noise of the gears but won't trigger an error until printing. It seems like the noise is coming from the fuser gears but not sure. Any ideas or tips?? Thank you! (I have a video of the sound if needed)

what is a HP 11311? however if the machine is working I suggest you to continue to use it

It could have lot of causes, probably a tooth of a gear somewhere

Thanks, i just greased the white plastic gears on the toner and the one inside the printer that contacts the toner gears. It's much much better now.

Sorry I haven't video on how to disassemble ML1640. you have to start the disassembling from side panel

Try with some grease in the gears, or conductive grease in the contact of the toner roller

Check if there are foreing object inside the fusers, try to print a cardboard
