Long story short, just got a 79 blazer yesterday. Found out the dude I got it from went and made extra keys and did NOT give them to me so someone else has keys to my truck. For clarification what do I need to change the ignition and keys?

I'd watch Squarebody Stuff video on that, I haven't had to deal with changing a cylinder without having the key, Best of Luck!
