Will the paint hold more heat in the motor? Maybe on the head you could possibly strip the paint off of the fins or sandblast them so that the fins on the head have maximum heat dissipation

My uncle gave me a pocket bike like 3-4 years ago and apparently it only needed a couple new parts i just dont know like which one i have which parts i need or if parts for pockets bikes are like universal cuz i know nothing about them but i would like to fix it up! Any tips or anything on how to know the difference in pocket bikes? Anything would help really! Havnt worked on anything with a motor in over 10 years and that was a gokart that my dad basically told me what to do and i did it lol
I have a 49cc skull racing pocket bike what’s a good website to get parts I wana jam as much power out of it I can… I bought one of those eBay big bore motors an a 3 stage reed cage but wana get more power any suggestions

There are wiring diagrams online for this bike, I never had the full wiring harness setup on it before I sold it. I had the racing cdi ignition on it and that ties into the ignition/kill switch
Very cool looking restyling. loved it. by the way, really wanna see the 47cc engine in a road bike. just to see top speed and performance, really curious about it cuz im doing the same build as you but the big bore kit that i ordered still has to arrive. anyways keep it up! love your videos (:
I did gold man and it looks so nice I wanted to do the bottom part hold and the top piece blue chrome but it just turned out blue I had to sand that shit straight away but looks nice gold and chrome picked it up for $50 no engine no plastic only frame and wheels 😂 and did the rims gold as well but I'm gonna change the it from gold and black wheels and I'm not sure if I wanna build an electric beast though
Also the muffler just looks way to big for this small bike. So it looks weird lol sounds good though. One more question is this a 110cc(107) or a 125cc(124)
I like the look and the sound difference is crazy good from stock so I’m keeping it for this bike. I was told that it’s 125cc but I have yet to measure the piston... thanks for watching Different builds coming if people want more!

In my opinion the yoshi exhaust is quite big for the bike but the whole thing just goes together so we’ll you can’t complain

Y would u paint an engine when the paint gets to a certain temperature it will bubble and flake off

You can upgrade that carb to a mikuni 22mm an gain a lot more topend and possibly low end power
