Volcano eruptions are super super rare and not something we worry about on a daily basis :) tsunamis are also rare but we do get them every once in a while (maybe once a year if that) but usually they are small and don’t do any real damage. I’ve personally never experienced either! the chance of one of these natural occurrences happening when you visit is slim to none but I completely understand the fear

Bianca Ray ooh let me think. I used to be afraid of flying so I hear you! I like to get in a good mindset before takeoff so I feel more in control. I settle into my space, unpack my bag a bit around me so I have my essentials handy (hand sanitizer, chapstick, water, etc). And then I’ll usually read a book or pop in some music to calm me down. If you need the distraction, close the window and then watch a movie or something during takeoff. I actually like to look out the window so I keep it open and listen to some of my favorite music ! I’ll imagine i’m in a music video or something haha. hope this helps!! xx

In the extracurricular part, do you think it is okay to involve in a variety of activities but not pros at them? What if I just wanted to be participating in a lot of activities but not really pros in any of them? And what do you think is the most important part in the admission process? I really like your videos, they are very thoughtful and clear. They teach me a lot about Harvard and other ways to be independent. You posted videos on TH-cam so often under the stress of schoolwork and other bigger assessments. However, keep positive! I know you can do it! If I am you, I'll probably just quit.. lol.. So you did a fabulous job! Love the decorations in your dorm room, they are so cute and fancy. I also want to learn to be more organised and planned like you, so your videos teach me a lot about that as well! I couldn't wait to see your next video! hey! so unweighted GPA is out of 4.0! In order to be competitive for Harvard, you should at least have a 3.5 typically. However, some people get in with GPAs that are less than that, so it totally depends on the rest of your application! I had a 4.0 unweighted :)
