@@mildmixchintu1717 The employer MUST always be able to compensate for an employee calling in sick. Anything else would not be a company I would want to work for. Like seriously being forced to work because you are needed can only be nice for so long as you don't have to take a break for example holiday or call in sick.

I know this was already established before but even off camera linus seems like a great boss. He has both the leadership while still being nice.
Don't take this comment the wrong way, I've never met Linus or anything, and I've never heard or seen anything to indicate he's anything but a good person... But you shouldn't draw conclusions about people's character from how they act "off camera". Sure, Linus didn't know he was being filmed right then, but that doesn't mean they would have included the clip if he was being a jerk.
Like most people, Linus probably has bad days, too.
