It was a good run. Complaining is a first world luxury... find a way to be grateful that you are healthy enough to ride, have a decent bike and can travel. There are so many who can't. A little inconvenience now and again... water off a duck's back. Traveling with no agenda could be interesting.
@@baldandbiking It's really tough to break some of our habits. My mother had a turnaround in her mid-80's... she stopped saying "I HAVE to go get the mail. I HAVE to get groceries." to "I GET TO Go get the mail. I GET TO GO get groceries." She realized that she was still healthy and mobile enough to do that when most of her friends no longer could. I've taken the same attitude. I don't sweat minor inconveniences and/or pain... I've already lost enough friends to know how lucky I am. Enjoy what ever life throws at you.
Enjoyed the Tour of the East Coast. When you were in Mahone Bay you headed towards Blockhouse on the august long weekend. We arrived at my sons on the Friday place located almost across from the Castle Hardware store and just before the tight turn at the 4 way stop. You passed my sons place and caught my F150 in the driveway . I brought my 83 BMW R80RT and my classic 1953 Ariel 500. We also did PEI not long after you did. Question What Mic set up did you use? you seemed to have pretty good audio through out your trip.
Hi, for the helmet mic I use the Alanzi mic adapter, a mic from Amazon, not sure exact brand but not too expensive and the Gopro Hero 7 Black. Mic placement in the helmet makes all the difference and I put extra sponge over it to tone down the wind noise. :)
Speaking of Blockbuster type stuff...I rode up to Huntsville on the weekend and there was a storefront with a BiWay sign on it - when is the last time we saw one of those?? hahaha - how old am I?
