    I run on a trademil 5 times n day n honestly saw a lot of difference n also do some light exercise n eat clean .u get addicted to the exercise.if u don’t do it u feel like ur not doing anything for yourself

    Ive been throught this.. I was body shamed too.. Bht moti ho thorhi patli hojao.. I felt humiliated. I never liked the way i looked . I worked hard and lost weight and the only thing i hear form people around me now is that k u dont look good now, u have lost ur freshness and what not..       @Maria yes, you are right that this much excersize is unrealistic and also exhausting!! but if even less is done with proper diet the weight will not come back because the fat is lost! That Fat will not come back. Than not to look too skinny, one has to keep doing light cardio, or light weight lifting, like dumbells etc, to keep the muscles toned other wise the skin will hang!! Nothing is impossible but moderation is the key! 💖
