I eat brawn bread with any curry or salad. I have also stopped drinking colddrinks juices. And yoga in morning for reducing belly fat. I have also installed pedometer app on my phone and cout my steps when doing walk after dinner so the result is 96 to 84.

Jo jo real me weight loss krna chahta hy uska simple funda hy.. TABLE SALT... after 2pm stop taking it. . Bfast me basan aur jo mix krke 2 roti bnaen aur Ghar ki veg salan se khain ek chicken ya fish be lesktay hain After 2hours apple Lunch me boiled kaddu ya koi b boiled veggies WITHOUT SALT only black pepper.. Sham ko green tea and some almond and 2 dates Dinner me 2 oranges ya 2kiwis ya bowl of papaya Raat ko before sleep hot zeera qehwa That's it.. loose 12kg in one month. .proved I have done this. ..
I want one advice from u if I eat eggs in breakfast lunch chicken or meat or fish Dinner again eggs in between green tea almond I mean high protein diet is it OK Cuz I m living in hostel and this food is easily available How much calorie I can take in a day

Jo log yeh keh raha hai ka hum normal log hain nd itna kuch nhe kar sakta to ma bata dn im also a normal girl nd i was 98kgs before a year ago nd now im 58kg nd i truely relate to to her story. So girls all u need is a bit anger nd lots of consistancy nd trust me u all can do it.
