    Itna zyada workout se motivation khtam hojata hy. .. half hour a day se ziada na tou effective hay aur na hi recommended hay. . Workout is 20% and diet is 80%.. Jo jo real me weight loss krna chahta hy uska simple funda hy.. TABLE SALT... after 2pm stop taking it. . Bfast me basan aur jo mix krke 2 roti bnaen aur Ghar ki veg salan se khain ek chicken ya fish be lesktay hain
    After 2hours apple
    Lunch me boiled kaddu ya koi b boiled veggies WITHOUT SALT only black pepper..
    Sham ko green tea and some almond and 2 dates
    Dinner me 2 oranges ya 2kiwis ya bowl of papaya
    Raat ko before sleep hot zeera qehwa
    That's it.. loose 12kg in one month. .proved I have done this. ..

    Great weight loss. But one thing that's bothering me. Why is she lowkey promoting being underweight? She's 5'8 and she says mene 5'8 me 55 kg kr lia. Ab me size zero hu you can also do it bla bla. Being underweight is severely unhealthy. I've lost weight by myself. No trainer. I'm 5'3 and I weight 49 kgs. And being fit and skinny is good. But urging people to get underweight is not ok.

      @@sabakashi6625 yes I was also 96 kg I hav two c sec babies. And am a food lover too. But during last 3 months I hav left eating junk foods. Wheat bread. Mean gandum ki roti. I eat brawn bread with any curry or salad. I have also stopped drinking colddrinks juices. And yoga in morning for reducing belly fat. I have also installed pedometer app on my phone and cout my steps when doing walk after dinner so the result is 96 to 84.

Ak cheez or subha ka nashta zroor krain lunch ma khana chor dain uski jga fruits ly or dry fruits ma akhrot ka use krain coz wo belly fats ko reduce krny ma help krta h. sham k khany ma pir brawn bread slices with salad or any homemade curry usma . Or pedometer app instal kr k hath ma lain or dinner k bad walk kr k apny sites count krain and see k how much calories u hav burn
