- Avocado Sago Jelly Drink
Ingredients
3 ripe Avocado
1 pack (25g)Unflavored Green Gelatin Powder
1/4 cup Sugar
4 cups Water
1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk
1 Cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups cooked Sago (Tapioca Pearl)
Ice
Procedure
1. Cut avocado and remove the seed. Scrape the meat from 2 ripe avocado and mashed it using fork. Set aside. Then cut 1 ripe avocado into cubes (to be included in the mixture and as toppings).
2. In a pot combine unflavored green gelatin powder, sugar and water. Stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour jelly mixture into a mold. Let it cool to set. Cut jelly into cubes.
3. In a big bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, water, sugar, avocado puree, avocado cubes, jelly cubes and cooked mini sago (tapioca pearls). You can add ice or chill it in the ref before serving.
