Thanks for watching. This was a free blower and now I know why they gave it away.

Got the same model. Runs good for almost 10 years now. Only replaced the cracked fuel lines once. Got it on sale at lowes for only 79.00
wow nice!
Great work. Those little Poulan' s grow on you after a while👍
I know right, I like them.
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE they are basically a yellow husqvarna 125b.
it almost feels that way
I'd buy one. I don't care how many hate them.
Great answer
I wouldn't mind picking one up if it was in good shape, don't get me wrong I'm still a Stihl and Echo guy all the way but I do like to try other brands as well from time to time.
Hi Peter the mower expert
Same my favourite brand is stihl then Honda then echo
I like the way you put it.
thanks home garage what’s you’re favourite brand?
for mowers it's honda, and for smaller stuff, I prefer echo.
I just found one sitting for the garbage and picked it up, first time ever picking something up from garbage... After watching many videos of people finding stuff and fixing it (getting it to run using easy fixes), I decided to pick it up because I want a project to work on/fix. I probably won't keep it, maybe just sell it (not in it for profit, just wanted a little project).
nice, you did it justice in fixing it and selling it to someone who'd want it.
yep!
absolutely
I bought me a pair of long angled needle nose pliers and I used it and it works extremely well
you are correct, I wish I had bought on years ago.
When I first worked on small engines, I never had this tool back then and when I was working on these engines I soon realized how hard it was to install fuel lines because I didn't have the angle needle nose pliers and when I finally bought one I realized how easy it was to install fuel lines.
I understand I should have bought one years ago too but at least we got one now
Go to harbor freight and get a pair of angled forceps. They the best for fuel lines. They are about $6.
thank you
Do you ever use the diaphrams from the rejuv bath?? Always see them go in, never see any come out..on videos anyway😉
only when I need to. I mainly do it when I realize I've ran out of my new stock. I typically buy 20 or 30 at a time.
Nice bro I love these blowers
these aren't that bad.
Sounds good it’ll be easy to sell👍
yes it's sounds good and it's super easy to start. Just what a customer would want
Great video 🙏👍🙏👍
Thank you very much!
How do you make the rejuvenation bath.
it's just Brake fluid.
Sometimes I have a hard time selling a machine because I get attached to it
you and me both
I know I’d probably buy it especially if it’s extremely healthy I’ve used poulan pro stuff and it’s not bad if you take care of it some people are picky about what they buy they have their favorite and sometimes that’s all they’ll buy but one of those blowers are good even expensive blowers don’t last if you don’t take care of them sometimes it’s easier to get a cheaper blower in this economy and that blower will last a good long time if you take care of it poulan isn’t a bad brand people just don’t like them because the have a preference
agreed, if healthy and at a great price, I'd buy it too.
Great video. I have the same unit and did exactly the same thing you did. My unit runs fine for the first 10 minutes and then at full trigger pull it starts to bog down. After that it's very inconsistent as to how fast the engine will run. It will do almost full speed for a few seconds and then won't rev up. Then it will run at half speed for a few seconds and them full speed. Any idea why it runs so poorly when it's warmed up?
sure, have you confirmed if the fuel lines are not swapped on the carb? If so, the inlet screen will clog up and as time goes by the engine will start to bog down until it stops altogether.
That's one of the few that runs. If I needed one REAL bad... REALLY bad......
a hear what you're saying.
Yeah if price is reasonable I'd buy. I'll be taking a break from everything I have prostate cancer again I had it in 2016 now it's back again chemo here I come I promise I'll do a better job when I'm getting chemo watching videos thank you for the video
sorry to hear that and thank you
New Stihl blowers also have semi automatic choke system
thank you for the information
What does u use for the save the diefram and great video learning how to work on them
I'm pretty sure he uses brake fluid
I'm pretty sure he uses brake fluid
@@mr.thompson4372 ok thanks for the info
@@Philjr-h7j your are welcome
I use Brake Fluid because it's easy to get
THE BEST WAY TO FIX ANY POULAN PRODUCT THAT WON'T START IS TAKE OFF THE AIR FILTER AND THE FUEL CAP THEN INSTALL THEM ON A HUSQVARNA .
LOL!!!
I recently trash picked a 2017 Toro Personal Pace mower with a Briggs 7.25. It just needed a carb clean. It runs great, everything works, and is in really good condition. How much would you sell one for? I've never had one before, and i have no idea what the market is. I only have $6 in it.
it depends on the condition of the mower and the time of year. Right now, it's not worth selling. But in spring and if it's in excellent condition, I'd say well over $160.
I recently trash picked a six year old Craftsman self propelled mower with a Powermore engine of some description. I got it running, but it has a rod knock. The mower is in really good condition and everything else works. Do you think it is worth fixing?
you mean fix the rod knock? No, I don't, I would save the time and money and sell it "as-is" at a huge discount. Instead of selling it for $120, sell it for $60.
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE I only have $6 into it, so that's probably what I will do.
Hey bro what's up? I probably would purchase it if I needed one to get my job done or probably as a backup.
great answer. These are not that bad especially when they're not torn up to begin with.
@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE I've never seen this brand of equipment in my country before but that dosen't mean that they wouldn't be imported sometime in the near future.
you never know, you might see them sometime soon
On the low side carb adjustment, where is a good place to start? 1 1/2 to 2 turns out? Someone played with it and its like 3 turns out & wont kick..
1.5 is a good start.
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE Thanks!!!
no problem and good luck
If the starter rope ever breaks not worth fixing
true, but in real time it only takes about 10 minutes if you're experienced. If not, yes it'll take over an our.
Hated blower 😮
what do you think about them?
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE I've got 2 of them but never got them in running condition thing is that you get what you pay for when you buy them for your on yard main thing is to take care of them and don't lend them out
make sense
What oil are you using in that? the gas in the bulb looked almost clear?!? Is the video just make it look that way? I wouldn't buy one of those, I have been spoiled by commercial blowers and wouldn't go back.
I'm using a synthetic 2 stroke oil but even out of the bottle, it's not very dark. I know It looks almost clear.
Bruh another one? Shows how common these things were.
Bro, I heard they maybe sold a couple of hundreds of these.. or maybe 1000. I'm sure they didn't sell more than that across the states.
I been looking around for one of these...No luck so far....
kinda surprised these were extremely popular so there should be more then plenty to go around in the used market.
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE Seems like marketplace shows me everything thats hours away from me & want like 100 bucks to ship it!! I'll catch one sooner or later...
you can change your "range" in one of the drop down menus. I have mine set to a 20 mile radius.
@@INSIDEHOUSEGARAGE Yeah did that one already...but thanks
interesting I had this happen to me one, and I was showing me stuff from hundreds of miles away. What I did was kept clicking only on the close ones and never on any of the others, and it eventually fixed itself. Took it some time though, almost a week or two.
I’ve never seen one with two gaskets
I know right
I wouldn't, I already have a blower.
fair enough
First!
thank you.
