    This is my favourite of your knee-friendly workouts! I'm getting to know them very well after 7 months working to fix my knee. This one gives me a full workout and I feel like I've worked hard by the end of it. The exercises are perfect for what I'm able to do while protecting my knee. This time I did all the exercises with the same weights as you! Getting stronger every day ... thank you!

    Your joy with each milestone is contagious! I have felt this way since having our baby girl at the end of December 2023 and now healing from foot injuries. Every little bit is an encouragement (like being able to do multiple sets of rows with no back pain:))!

    Looking forward to this! I am 61 years old. My knees and elbows hurt when I try to move them like I used to. I have to modify so much, that it is frustrating. But I figure strengthening the muscles around the joints is very important, just as is stretching. I heard once that we are only as young as our back. It's too easy to pull something when not strong and flexible, at any age. Thank you!

      Keep at it even if you modify, I'm 66 and have been weight training for the last 4 years, a lot of the initial aches and pains disappeared and in fact my lower back is virtually gone. Good luck!

    This is the first time I’ve sweat since I injured my knee a month ago. I have surgery in a few weeks and it was really good to do a workout along with you in my brace that I didn’t have to think about modifying!

    I want to tell you how much I appreciate you! I have a torn medial meniscus. Since I am older, they will not repair or do anything for it. Most programs when they make adjustments for injuries just change them to low impact which isn't really helpful as there are some exercises I just cannot do comfortably. I needed true alternatives, and you provide that. I am so happy I have found you!! Thank you :)

    Your channel is a Godsend. Since my meniscus repair surgery last June, I've been aggravating my knee trying to exercise for fear of gaining weight. You've given me a way of working out without hurting my knee. Something even my PT with a doctorate in physical therapy didn't offer. Thank you so much! Now, how do I contain myself so I don't do this all day long, every day? lol

    Happy to have found this! I cant bend my knee without being in pain and probably worsening my injury but not spending my energy is annoying me and making my sleep schedule wonky (here I am at 4:30 in the morning and I haven't slept yet because I'm not tired enough). Cant wait to try it and I hope it allows me to spend enough energy to sleep properly and comfortably!

    This was totally the workout I needed today. My knees and Achilles tendon have been cranky lately and I have a hard time not pushing myself because I love the feeling of working hard.     Lindsey, I was today years old when I realized I have been doing calf raises wrong! I didn’t realize your heels shouldn’t rest on the floor. I definitely felt the difference. 🔥 Thanks for the tips you give during workouts. It helps me improve/avoid injury. 😊

    I dislocated my patella several times and its hard for me to squat. And due to reduced movement, I gain a lot of weight, so jumping jacks, pushups are very tough for me and demotivates me from continuing any home workout. Yours is the first one I've completed all the through. Thank you❤

    after doing lunge jumps , my knee bone has dislocated , (Although I got it fixed by my grandmother who fixes bones. But I still have pain in my knees ) , so can I do all the exercises in this playlist?

    I came to find something to avoid the knee after doing 10s of thousands of burpees for several years along with uphill jogging. Hoping to avoid surgery - see how it goes after 8 weeks of doing these exercises. I think one will do just fine: 6:42

    I have meniscus third degree tear, my doctor didn’t suggested me surgery but gave a knee belt. Can I do exercises wearing a belt

    Ok. This might work. Bad meniscus with a cyst and a lower back forever injury. The best thing here is you dont talk to people with injuries as if they are cute but stupid 5 year olds. One baby talker actually had an old woman who barely knew where she was. Good job. 2 years down with the virus @73. The only thing Ive got going for me is I was an in shape cattle producer - hence the back and knee injuries.

    The pace of this is so fast! it feels very rushed and without a chance to be aware of my body.. my knee was immediately painful in one of the first warm up exercises when you locked your knee! Not for me all.
