this is nice, im going to use as a base for my viessa. however, i'd change skill extension -> skill concentration(harder hitting crits) , chill master -> either focus on chill OR chill specialist(either offers more skill power), and increased hp -> hp amplification (plays into the iron will and provides more hp).
Viessa is my main right now because I like her ice attack my one question is to upgrade is easy to run back and forth between zones or just pick one that drops a lot right now just looking to grade what I can before those big boss fights

Viessa is S tier. Better then bunny for sure. It’s not questions ask. She’s tankier just as fast with way more damage.
Bunny has more AoE wich is better for farm in the overworld missions.

Skillz, I watch your livestreams on this game. The devs were inspired by Warframe, and I have 4K + hours in Warframe from years ago. I just can't grind my butt off in another game, with my similar upgrade, resistances, elemental dmg, etc components. The mid/max power fantasy is endless in these games. Good work tho man.

I am sorry to disappoint people here, but you don'T have 92% crit on your skills with this setup.
You have a 92% boost to your base crit rate, which is 15% base.
So you are barely at 30% critical skill rate.
This can be confirmed if you are in your inventory and press "W"(Go to Into).
That's why having 200%+ crit rate on mods is possible and even your Reactor can roll more crit rate.
What I'm saying here is: -> don'T invest too hard into critDMG if your crit rate really is lower.
For example "Skill Insight" instead of "Frontlines".

Just one thing I think is worth mentioning, I'm halfway through the video so I apologize if you address this later but it's not exactly 92% skill critical hit chance.
It's +92% of the character's base skill critical hit chance.
Im not sure what viessa's is but it's good to know because I once wasted a lot of catalysts going Crit on a character that only had 5% base skill Crit chance which meant I was using multiple mods to only being it up to 10%
Ajax is my main but Viessa is gonna be my Secondary character. Always a big fan of your content from Div 2, glad to see you on First Descendent!

i made her a unlimited mp regen zero cd mage turret build with clairvoyance making enemies take 40 % more dmg from chill when beamed out you should try it ;)

Viessa is very powerful IF you know how to use her. I finally got her in research right now. Got a energy activator and catalyst waiting for her. I have ultimate bunny. But I originally wanted ultimate Viessa

the blue crit mods have better numbers than the rare ones, the rare ones only str is they can be used in conjunction with the blue ones.

Chill Master must be the single hardest module to drop in this game. Been trying to get JUST that one for 3 days and it still hasn’t dropped. About 8hrs every day these 3 days..
On my build I use MP cooldown and nimble fingers as well as cold bloodedness to decrease the cooldown exponentially for blizzard, so I’m using it every 7 seconds as my other skills are even shorter so I’m just constantly spamming my abilities with hitting amazing crit numbers, the only thing is that you’ll need external components that boost your max MP if you want this build to work 😂😂😂 great for mobbing :)

So I’m in the process of beating the game, in White Gulch, when is a good time to prestige a descendant and a weapon, did it once already, just wondering if I’m hamstringing myself , Viessa and the thundercage are the ones I did already
@@KonradBeezo if you plan on keeping them doesn’t matter but I wouldn’t prestige a descendant until you know the build you want to be honest.

short question Some modules have been changed?, for example, time distribution your mod skills cooldown + HP I only find skills cooldown + MP so mana points
I have almost 50k defense and it still doesn't seem like enough. Granted, im built like a tank, and barely any investment into skills. Its good for group play since I wont die but it still feels squishy with so much defense.

Explosive damage grows faster then attack on launchers. Just saying.
Not saying this to say your build is bad because it is isn't and is clearly a strong build but i have a few things to say and i am a lot further behind.
1) wouldn't it be good to run hypothermia to add more dmg from her skills.
2) is an iron will needed and would it be good to run another mod like nimble fingers or mp collector?
3) do you think with your build you can use abilities whenever without worrying about mp?
Im only asking this because like you i do love playing viessa and i want the best build but one both for being great for ability damage and firearm attack.
Right now my weapons admittedly are not good my tamer is at 328k dps and so far thats my best damage also i have no ultimate descendants and i do not have a build on any descendant i own its all just bugdet stuff. Any info would be nice.
@@jasonmead245 I feel in this game you can spec your build the way you want. I went with my survivability so be able to tank hard bosses solo. I’m playing with hyper and iron seeing if I’m ok with losing extra def

I don't have it yet one of the only mods i haven't gotten. bad rng I wanted to test which would work best with crit since the build is crit heavy but have to wait.

I think you are misunderstanding how critical hit rate works in the game. U said your viessa has 92% crit hit, but the way the math works is her base crit + (92% X Base). I think viessas base crit is like 30, which means ur viessas crit rate is like 57% or something. Same logic applies to your thundercage which has a really low base crit hit chance of 10% i think. So it would 10% + (10 X 0.39) = 13.9% . Crit rate and crit dmg is super not worth on guns with low base crit chance.
yeah my skill crit on this build isn't 92% . For the updaed build I will pull up the Main info screen! You nailed it with the numbers though
Hey man, fantastic build. Might I recommend Chill Specialist instead of Chill Master. The difference on the skill power compared to chill power is considerably better. Believe its somewhere around 82%.. Ive maxed viessa and found chill specialist to be better overall.

@@michaelhorak3730 chill master gives more skill power than chill specialist. Element skill power is not additive with non-element, but multiplicative.
I don't know where I got most of my ultimate mods but I play on hard a lot and they drop like candy.

i used no mods that are exclusive to ultimate so your should be just fine!

He's lying it will be a lot different at the start Ultimate viessa starts with 4 module slots already having 4 crystallization catalysts used on it so imo it would be a huge difference when starting.

I assume this build is for bossing. Since HP collector is almost useless vs collossi unless adds are up. As for mobbing, probably better off with a different build, especially with Hypothermia mod which turns her skills into DoTs.

this is just an average build nothing special my build hits harder funny how everyone keeps claiming s-tier builds but they aren't really s-tier more like mid A-tier. You got a lot to learn about this game becasue this build can be a lot better and youre misunderstanding how the percentages work in this game which leads you another youtuber to give false information to new players.

So on this build when you test it it’s better. I believe it’s due to the way I’m put my stats in to high def on this build. Now if I were to run it with other mod combos it would be different. I switch one for one with all of them and chill master was best in slot for the build in the range. I’m running another build soon to show case more mage damage vs tank viessa I have now. Should be ready tomorrow

@@Gotsoymilk27 when I say that I mean you use a catalyst that allows you to select the socket type. That allows you to cut the value used in half in return level other modules up. Sorry for any confusion

You're messing up a few mods and how the dmg buckets actually work my 4 is hitting for 3.8m
I added survivability to the build. I have a pure skill dmg build but the survivability sucks on solo hard boss. On my skill i have insight and concentration and cold blood
@NothingButSkillz I have a good bit of survivability 9k hp and 16k def absolut zero for ultimate and hyperthermia for normal give her the biggest dmg increase as far as red mods go. pyro dead in 26 secs

No slill power modifier? Drop iron will for skill simplification send your crits over 2.5m

skill power modifier does nothing on her! all her ability already have 800 +% so adding a 30 % is meaningless but skill power % or chill power % add up way more so please dont put skill power modifier ;)

@@NothingButSkillz i could show u full on mage build with no cd on her its so busted and you add the clairvoyance weapon and its passive and its even better haha
too much defense, crit rate is too important on her, dropping 2 defense mods and adding cold blooded can get you almost 2m crits and more consistency, also cd is king on her, mine has 7s cd ulti that does 7m plus
She was built to have the def because no def on bosses gets you killed on hard. I have another build Im working on with more dmg on skills less survivability. This was the perfect setup to solo bosses or in group and beat anything in the game on hard.

@@Reaper887451 cold bloodness, skill insight front lines , increase hp, nimble fingers, mp conversion, skill expansion, chill power+CD , if you are farming or doing dungeons get mp collector, if you have 6 points to spare spear and shield is good, keep it lvl 1
