With these little birds you taste what they eat, either earth or a gin taste[pine]. They best hunt with a 410 or 20 guage using 6 or 7 shot because they are fragile. You're right, saplings and suckers are a nightmare to hunt through. It's food, so spice it up and enjoy. Partridge and grouse are better. Good video. Peace.

I addressed this in a different comment but will again here. I will not say I am perfect, that being said the times I saw my muzzle control not all there is when someone is cutting in, and I am battling brush and not looking. As far as pointing my gun at someone about to shoot and someone is walking with their gun? I don’t know what clip you’re talking about. If it’s the one where I’m standing on the stump, the gun is brought up from a side cradle, and I didn’t make the shot because I realized it was too risky. Not here to argue, just want to explain my side.

@@aaron3407 not saying it was okay by any means and I always practice gun safety but just saying, if I take you hunting don’t try and teach me out to hunt. But I get where mavs coming from
I’ll admit there’s a few clips here where my muzzle is at the back of hunter but often these are In situations where he is crossing in, and I have brush in my face. When I was aware of where he was, I switch my carry. I realize my carry isn’t perfect either. Just was not happy seeing down the barrel of a 12 guage after just saying to watch the muzzle.

Best way to peel ginger is to use a spoon - simple easy tip. Like the videos keep them coming

little trick I use for peeling ginger.. edge of a spoon. Super easy and quick.
You need a 410 or 20 gage something that want to a big whole in them and probably need some rabbits pants going through that stuff

Come to central Texas in the spring. The white bass run is so much fun. Limit of 25 a day to keep, but you can end up catching more if you find them when they are moving up stream to spawn. Light tackle, and super fun. Surprised none of y'all TH-cam channels have jumped on it. Would be great content
im from texas and i gotta say big bend would be a dream place to camp, idk about how cold it would be in the winter considering how cold it is in the north but still a good camping spot!

Drive to the Carolinas. Lots of mountains and fishing snd hunting and then you can hit up the coasts for salt water and inlet fishing, crabbing and shrimping

I love my Traeger grill but I noticed about the 10th time I cooked on it, the temps were out of control because of the build up on the internal temp probe so it's not broken, just needs to be cleaned regularly! Just a tip Mav.
Mav, I grew up on a farm on Kent Island in the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. Besides quail we would also hunt doves in the fall. Have you ever hunted Doves? Believe me you had better be a good shot!! These birds are Great when you cook them 1st brush them with butter and then you wrap the breasts in bacon strips. They are best baked but also not bad on the grill. Please try those and let us know what you think? I LOVE your channel because it reminds me of growing up fee to go where and when ever I choose! Those were the days!

Come to El Paso! I live in Germany now, but my hometown is El Paso. Right on the border. Best Mexican food ever, and the Franklin Mountains is the southernmost tip of the Rocky Mountains. We also have Big Bend National Park, Marfa, Balmorrhea Springs and Hueco Tanks at our back door, and also Carlsbad Caverns. Come. But not in the summer. You will melt.
Winter content is always challenging for me as well, I am thinking about adding some ice fishing to my channel but I have no real plans yet for winter content either. The early winter weather in Minnesota this year has kind of thrown me for a loop as well.
