I love to make Pico and I started adding Mango to it. One part-Mango, Onion, Cilantro, Jalapeno, and Two parts Tomatoes. Lime juice, chili powder, & salt finishes the recipe. Also Great for Ceviche 😋

Well there wasn’t much wind after all hey. When I was a kid I had a creek in my yard an we would use a little minnow net to catch them. But I hated them they creeped me out lol. So much to be thankful for. Being in the woods is the best.

Chuck some cotton thread and needle in your kitchen kit so you can sew up the fish when you fill em with stuff, it makes it way easier to cook them when you're out camping.
