I know it gets said a lot but this lineup of the Cats was unequalled. It seemed that this was when everyone was at their peek. I could listen to these guys all day ... oh wait I already do ;)
Absolutely awesome performance. Love how Glen takes the 2nd tenor notes at the end........they play with the dynamics of the song, really making it their own. Wish I could've been there.
@bbyrdhouse I couldn't agree more! When you attended one of their concerts in the 80's, there was an excitement felt even before they hit the stage! I'll always cherish those days and always think of them as the best days of Southern Gospel. Incredible!
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF ALL TIME!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!
Glen Payne gets so excited while singing this song and that makes me excited too!
Just a beautiful song saying by the worlds greatest quartet
Absolutely awesome! Hallelujah!
Glen and George- enough said! Got to enjoy these two!
No body does it like Glen did!

I get goosebumps listening to this song. It is such a great song and fills my spirit with joy!
Definitely Danny Funderburk!
the cut to dannys voice on the ending of this song is awesome
Beautiful glorious gospel!

Amazing Music!!!!
The very best!!!
Magnificent
WOW
this is awesome but its destiny is great
for the last time for morning
Can't tell if the tenor is Danny Funderburk or not
Notice there is no orchestration. This is just 4 guys, a bass and a piano.
Absolutely great performance of Glen Payne. Contrary to many others I like their last lineup with Ernie Haase as tenor better though.
