im looking to get an NVR but wonder if i can have footage uploaded somewhere for previous day etc, so if NVR is stolen i have a backup? is footage only viewble from app ?
Hello, I found this channel interesting. I want ask something about the problem I have right now. The thing is I would like to connect one of my NVR to the cloud, and I registered my NVR registration code to the WEB, and it said that my NVR was already registered before. And the other problem is I cannot connect the NVR to the internet via local connection available, so I can't see to which account it's registered. Can you help or give a solution to see which account is the NVR attached to via registration code ?? Thanks. I'm waiting in advance
Hi there..i am having a problem with 1 camera showing offline all of a sudden. All other cameras are online and viewable. Is there a way to tell if its lack of power, a problem with network cable, a problem w camera remotely (due to covid i cannot get to my property to do any physical checks)
No it is a simple, convenient way to access your NVR / Cameras remotely. You can also use a static IP address or a DDNS service and there is EZDDNS included for FREE on your device. You will need to do port forwarding for this, and there is a video here to explain that process.
Problem we are getting, the camera in the store is working fine, but when we try an access it from our other store on the computer it is not working. saying connection timed out. offline. now the red button is on on the actual whiite box
Could be a number of things, under network and ezcloud does your device say online ? Best to contact your installer for this one, most likely to be a local network issue.

Haven watched this "setting up Uniview Mycloud Account" TH-cam, i want to know how i could set the NVR back to default so i could start up the setting up completely allover again. how can i achieve this? Deleting it from the Uniview Mycloud account
The recorder is registered to a Main EZCLOUD account, for additional phones you can use the same account or create another EZCLOUD account and from the main account you share to the new account. Check out the updated videos on how to do this.
Both the APP and the EZcloud server have been upgraded in recent weeks , much faster connection ! But remember it does depend how fast your router upload speed is
Usernames and password are sent in clear text. WTF, this is basic Infosec 101stuff. How do you guys resolve this and protect customers NVR login credentials?
Yes there is.... You will need to contact your installer who can get in touch with your local distributor. We can then supply a temporary 1 day password to the NVR. If it is the cloud password you have forgotten use the links on the website to be emailed a password reset link.

Have you tried a different internet connection ? Does your router support UPNP ? is this switched on, if not you may have to do manual port forwarding rules on your router. The ports to open can be found under network.

My apologies, I see that there is an option to enable SSL after logging in to the NVR. It’s under “System>Security”.
Always recommended to change the default password and use a Strong password, you can also filter by IP address
