​Glory to God may he have mercy on us . I was raised an atheist blasphemed Christ for years at 20 became a onspiracy theorist and saw reality and truth and satan what led me to research God and 7 years ago accepted Jesus but denied church and veneration etc and few months i came to research orthodox church from a chant i heard in an apologetics video i watched and finally i got real spiritual advice and not just intellectual and I became a Christian at heart and not just in my mind and I had a vision of Theotokos holding me while I cry and also I started to cry when praying since I started doing Jesus prayer and learning about nipsis helped me immensely in fighting my old ways and nasty toughts .Glory to God pray for me my name is Sandro and pray for me to get baptized . ​@@TheFountainOfLight

Thanks for sharing this series on nepsis. Would love to know where we can buy the book in Greek or English? Also, helpful to know Bishop Emilianos' thoughts on antirrhetikos monastic practice of talking back with selected holy Scriptures for specific passions, and on Bishop Alexis Trader, Mount Athos Priest, on times when about 25% of monks benefited from Ancient Christian Wisdom of our Orthodox holy fathers filtering Cognitive Behavior Therapy?

I missed the "how" of the lecture. Are there any tools that we use? Like the Jesus prayers?

The how is in this talk and in the 37hs of the series. Nepsis is not prayer. It’s the emptying of our nous. The vigilance. There is an other series we started which talks about noetic prayer. It’s only few episodes but they include a lot of info. The Nepsis series is not finished. There are at least 40 more hours if God allows at some point in time…
