  • Hi and welcome to the channel. Today were going to be sharing with you the process I use to make toys for the Central Indiana Woodworkers' annual toy production program. At the CIWW monthly meetings, project bags are prepared and include all the wheels, axles and miscellaneous parts that are needed to make 13 toys. At your option you can keep your favorite but return the other 12 toys to the club to donate to over 35 charities in central Indiana. Average toy projection is in the 14-15,000 range.

Great video and beautiful toys! Here in Belgium I also make wooden toys for charity. I think it's kind of chic that you guys have an organization that gives you the parts! I make my wheels and axles all by myself I would love to have an organization like that here in Belgium!

      Jolien,
You have some beautiful designs and I've subscribed to follow your work! I guess due to the large quantity of toys our club makes it's more efficient to get machine made wheels and axles. If I'm making a special gift toy or two, I usually make all the parts myself just like your construction. Nice Job and thanks for commenting!
