- Woodturning a small bowl or possibly a vessel is today's woodworking project. Hello and welcome to our channel. Thanks for watching and feel free to leave a comment in the TH-cam chat below. I typically respond to all comments or questions within 48 hours.
In today's woodworking lathe video I'm taking some leftover pieces from another project and making a small bowl / vessel. The original project's video link is here: • Woodturning - a Scrap ... . This fruit bowl project used scrapes and being that this bowl was made from those leftover glue-ups, I guess you could say that we used scraps of scraps to make this bowl.
Also shown about 6:11 into the wood-turning video is on camera commentary and a tour of my Lyle Jamieson hollowing system (not affiliated) that I regularly use with my turnings.

Nicely done. It’s always good to see “scrap” being used instead of thrown away or burned. BTW, I’d call this a closed form bowl. Good looking bowl!
Thanks! I do like Closed Form best! I’ll be using that going forward. Michael
Yery nice! Good video. May God bless
