I've tried a few times to get the databases using containers but there is currently an issue with Synology DSM 7.2 that doesn't let you get into the terminal inside the container and, by default, database containers are locked from the inside. Since each container gets their own virtual IP, you can't connect to the Database container form the other containers without running some commands. That's why I did it with Package Manager. I'll continue trying and if I am successful, I will use the database in a container for another video.

I am not understanding what you mean by this. The YAML configuration is something that you add yourself to the project.

I used MariaDB in this video. It was just not another container but the package manager version.
