I bought the 220VAC 1500W VFD & spindle motor for my DIY CNC router. The manual was pretty good,(****), and support was fair. I had a problem getting the multi speed feature working, and the vendor just stopped answering my emails. I figured it out anyway and forwarded the answer to them. overall 4 stars of 5. Vendor says braking does not work for my unit, I just wonder if they know the product well enough.
i have a GT-4R0G-2 trying to run 3.2kw spindle. Got the spindle to auto tune but can not get it run via keypad and pot on front of inverter. It is slightly different than this model. any help would be appreciated. then i have to get it working with Mach 4

I have this package from you, it was working well, between bit changes it will not work. When pressing "RUN", VFD shows spin up to 7800 rpm, the spindle makes noise however the bit does not spin. I can move the bit freely by hand, spindle seems to be making noise. Once it hits 7800 RPM, "EOCA" appears on the VFD and spindle doesn't make noise anymore. Please help!
Hi there! I have bought a Huanyang spindle and the same VFD as in this video. I have wired it as you U=1, V=2, W=3. But my spindle spins backwards (in counterclockwise direction). What is wrong?

Keeps resorting back to 220, 11 amps and "0"....I need 110v, 20 amps, and "1" for 60hz. Maybe these settings don't matter, IDK... all other parameters retain their changes that I made. My vfd does say 20amps on label, although when spindle up to 24000 rpm, amps read 2.0 on display
What's the operating voltage of this VFD shown on this video? Thus it comes with the braking resistor? Also thus the 220V model VFD will also work using step-up transformer if 110V was only available power source?

Are these settings for for the usa? Our grid operates on 60hz and these are 400hz settings.

Most likely it is UVW, missing a phase

Nice! But there's need some help. My spindle is not working when frequency is more than 50 htz. And Factory reset in my case was 01 instead of 08
A few years ago the product was reset to 01, and the current product reset was 08.

I mean factory reset was 01 instead of 08. And maybe other parameters were different too. Such as PD05 (max frq) etc.
Earlier versions restored to factory settings were set to 01 and are now set to 08 to restore factory settings.

None of these parameters need to be changed. You just need to change the frequency.

@@jstef4136 20A is a limit number... Normal operation is far lower than 20A

@@jstef4136 Input voltage does not need to be set.. The output rate must be set to the same frequency as the motor. This is very important.

The video shows 220V power. if you use 110V, the spindle motor also must be 110V.And It can stop in 5 seconds without adding brake resistor.
