@@rojomostrat we used to use the one near Kings Lynn but when Ivy's opened we started to go there as it is exactly halfway on our journey. Going back home we usually call at Abbey Parks which again is halfway back. That said, the last 2 visits we have had breakfast at The Old Mill Cafe in Wroxham before setting off.
Like your videos DW, straight talking, the way it should be. Keep it up. Our home mooring is very VERY close to yours.Ranworth is a strange place in that it attracts many different types. The minority just want to visit the church, pub, shop, wildlife centre. IMO the majority are there for, in no particular order......feeling smug as they have a space and arriving boats can't get moored.......those who like to watch the antics of boaters who haven't quite mastered the art of stern on mooring (in all honesty...who has?)........those who feel that anyone and everyone who arrive at the staithe, whether they need assistance or not.....need help.......I think mooring at Ranworth is an ego trip for many. Just my opinion of course.
Thanks for the kind words. For me, getting in at Ranworth is mainly for the pub but it's also nice for a short walk and the views from the top of the tower are amazing.
Over the years there is shots inside but it's not something I do consciously. Strangely enough I had a few things planned for inside the boat next week but Boris scuppered that.
