In later movies it'll likely be revealed that Noa is a decendant of Caesar I mean look at him he's practically a spiiting image of Caesar plus Noa has the same birthmark on his chest. As for Poximus he's also likely to be a decendant of Koba because he's a banoba, he has a deep dislike for humans, & he's just ruthless. Plus Raka could also be a decendant of Maurice he's the only one who's keeping to Caesar's tradition of peace. Mae from beginning to end couldn't be trusted she said the apes shouldn't possess what was in the vault but frankly neither should the humans because all they do is kill each other anyway. I like that Noa wasn't all trusting of Mae until she saw her at the end even then he kept her at arms length "I still don't trust you & not all apes are like Proximus."

That's definitely eye opening, in that case that's good, sometimes they do subtle nuggets rather than obvious ones. Definitely agree with you on Noa and with Mae, she lied, hid stuff and was acting all suspicious, the twist in the story was so good, there was so much tension!
