I tried to watch but that constant pausing drives me crazy. Don't understand how anyone can appreciate a song with that much pausing. 7:16 after that I quit.

You've definitely pushed my "pause however much you want to talk about it" mantra to the absolute limit. It's your channel, so enjoy music however you want. I am curious how you get a feel for a song a few seconds at a time. I've heard this song countless times, so it doesn't really effect me... I just don't know that I could listen to it that way the first time through and retain anything that is happening. All that said, welcome to Band Maid, the best rock band on the planet (imo of course.) They've been around more than a decade and have played around in just about every form genre adjacent to hard rock that you can find, this was very pop punk, but I would suggest trying their newest song "Zen" to see how different it can be. Their catalogue is deep, so if you continue to enjoy it we can suggest dozens and dozens of songs. Honestly everything is great, go to their channel and pick a song, any song.
I think you need to have a more objective perspective. You should watch this video again by yourself. Imagine replacing the song with your favorite song and the speaker with someone else. Would viewers be happy to see someone talking at length about their opinion while their favorite song is cut into small pieces? This is just my opinion, so you are free to make the videos you like. I hope a good future comes to you.👍
