Thank you so much! And thank you for keeping watching my videos. The tutorial may look long because I go into details, but in reality it just takes a minute.
ManantialVE I did never play around with the chroma key function very much after version 2.0, it always seemed too buggy for me to use it correctly. I even tried using it with the merge duplicated footage with the effect on it, so I could key out multiple parts, but the color picker would always glitch out for me, and lately it didn’t even choose the right color after lifting my finger, it always moved a few pixels to the one side.
Bro! You are simply Fantastic ! One compliment I would like to give you: You are technically too sound! That’s how you can explain the concept so beautifully with proper reason backing that fact! Please keep us inspiring! 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for acknowledging my work! I have the approach that I won't mention a feature in my videos if I don't know how it works. So if I want to use a feature that is new to me, I need to investigate it and understand it first.
ManantialVE I think I have come up with a mash up of your tutorial and the one I did the other. So I will link yours in the descriptions so viewers can see the genesis of both ideas.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a comment! It makes a difference to me. There are over 60 LumaFusion tutorials to watch in this channel and more are coming soon.
Hey! thank you for the video! we look forward to more lessons from you! you can do another tutorial like this but with the version of the program! thank.🙏🙏🙏🙏
ManantialVE I have a hard time waiting for the new update, i wish that they would have waited till they were a week away from the release, 4 weeks away seems like such a long time.
I think Chris said that they were planning to release together with iOS 14 but Apple caught them by surprise (many app developers weren’t ready for such an early release).
This is fantastic! Thanks for sharing. I have a question about chroma key… are there any way to make a cumulative chroma in a clip? I mean, say you have a background with soft green and dark green then you could use chroma for the soft green and remove it, and then again with the dark green…this way you remove all different greens…or even with different colors
Thank you for watching! Unfortunately there’s no way to do it. You’ll need multiple layers of the same clip, each isolating a different color. There used to be a hack to do it but it doesn’t work anymore.
Thank you for watching! I know, and I’m looking forward to it. I like the way it is implemented in Alight Motion. I hope it looks somewhat similar.Thank you for letting me know!
I love your channel! Happen to come across your video and it was excellent. Thought I'd show some love 💕 I have a channel too. If you could have a browse that would be amazing! 💚

Wow, nice idea! So much potential in LumaFusion. Mobile video editing is the future 👍
I couldn’t agree more. I started editing with LumaFusion almost 5 years ago with the intention to supplement my desktop work and never looked back.
Happy New Year!!!
Using the inverted chroma key together with the non inverted, is brilliant, for some reason I never thought of using it that way.
It gives you the whole picture and you can “sandwich” whatever you want in the middle; for example text behind the subject.
ManantialVE yes, now I understand how You did the text behind a subject.
For my private projects I use quite often the effect at the end of the video where subject and background go from black and white to color separately.
I agree. I hope the new tools, that are standard in other NLEs will provide improved quality.
The second which I watched from your channel. And subscribed 👍

Thanks. No need. I work with Storyblocks and I have plenty of footage.

Noted! Thank you!
Cool
Thanks my friend!
ManantialVE You might have to do an update on the video, once the new chroma/luma keyer comes out in the next update. 😊
I’m looking forward to it. I’ve been missing Edge Blur Radius and Spill Suppression in LumaFusion.

Have you heard? In Lumafusion 2.4, there will be easing which means smoother transitions!
Thank you for watching! I know, and I’m looking forward to it. I like the way it is implemented in Alight Motion. I hope it looks somewhat similar.Thank you for letting me know!
