Very nice! It has those windows one loves about MCM homes! Love that it looks like they kept and took advantage of the existing, mature foliage. It does seem like a treehouse.
You so rarely see it these days, but a kitchen with windows a d a view like this seem a luxury!

Need a tour guide to get around this ,house,. And yet the seller has been here 3 times. Then he got lost. Havent found him yet. This reminds of the winchester house. Goes on and on. Buy what do i know. !!!!!

It's definitely a large home with a lot of rooms. The layout is actually pretty logical. I think the video
makes it seem a bit more confusing than it actually is.
