自由天空@木瓜汁的功效很强，腌制一小时半后最好是用清水冲洗干净牛肉的木瓜汁。再加其他味重新腌一下再炒。如果不冲洗干净牛肉，炒好牛肉后，时间长一些会觉得慢慢变酶。如果不冲洗，请把木瓜的份量减少一半。
