Yes, these trains can run on Lionel O-gauge three rail tracks and can couple with Lionel trains as well, if I'm not mistaken.

Shoot me and my nephew who has heart problems collect o gauge trains and when someone broke in the house the broke alit and stole some they broke this set wish we still had it for the layout
