Ii'm a long-time superfafn of Zingerman's Deli in Ann Arbor MI. I've been going there since college in 1986. They make a chocolate cherry bread that is DIVINE. Theirs has the same profile except it's not sourdough- however they do slow ferment their breads. Good on you for letting AZ experience the perfection of a good chocolate cherry bread
I LOVE chocolate and have been playing around in my mind to do a chocolate loaf... glad I waited becoz you gave me a superlative idea with the cherries and coffee ❤🥰🙌🏾. Those breads look AMAZING btw 😋🤤
Im sure its the taste of quality chocolate, if using the same local chocolate in your other products. Added to a rich sourdough, with cherry? I want to order to Canadian West Coast! Sorry , but I just cannot afford another long distance addiction, lol!
Wow maybe You should cut back on experimenting.for now 1 week and things are not looking good. Expensive bread. May not be an option for people in a few months.💥💥🍔🍻🦦
