Yes downtown BM is totally fine.
I haven’t been everywhere in BM, but Cheshire is fine too. I think one road got damaged by creek (that turned into river) but that’s it.

We have the same problem here with Niceville and the Bluewater Bay subdivision. It’s all a Niceville address and zip code.
